The Nikon Coolpix 5600 Digital Camera is a good pocket camera that works great. The features in this camera are very easy to use. This camera comes with: 5.0-megapixel CCD that captures enough detail for for photo-quality 13 x 17-inch prints, 3x optical zoom through a quality Zoom-Nikkor lens, 1.8-inch LCD display; exclusive Nikon In-Camera Red-Eye Fix Macro for shooting as close as 1.6 inches. Plus is powered by AA-size batteries and stores images on SD memory cards. “ This camera beat all I have ever had. The camera also features a built-in flash with six modes, and a built-in mic and speaker for including sound in videos and playback from the camera. It's great for every picture I take. I recommend it highly!'

Pros:

Clear, understandable menus, scene assists for numerous situations.

Cons:

Weak flash, recycle time way too long.
