The Rio ReplayTV 5532 320-Hours Digital Video Recorder has an enormous 320GB Hard Drive which can store up to 320 hours of your favorite TV. As with most RIO DVRs you get Instant Replay, Capability to Pause LiveTV, Has One Touch Record and a telephone interface. It's also Broadband ready so the program guide never needs be out of date. The TiVo unit is just that much better, there is truly ZERO reason to purchase a replay unit.

Functions, Broadband Ready, Loads of Storage

Cons:

None that I can think of.
