Acoustic Research generally market high end speakers systems, but this mid-range speaker package incorporates many of the signature features that make the company's other products popular. Take the housing for the tiny satellites for example. Many other makes, especially those lower down the scale use plastic as a casing, which is anything but musical. These speakers are all encased in durable aluminium, making them sound better and last longer. A specific centre channel and an 8" powered subwoofer complete the package. Expect an accurate and exciting sound when this system plays a movie soundtrack. Experience a monumental achievement in high-performance sound with ARs HC5 compact 5.1 home theater system.
