Newbie Review by Bam Bam the Stereo Man Newbie Product Reviewer:

The prefix of 'AW' in the product code tells us that these are and 'All Weather' speaker, suitable for placement outside. Yamaha is known for its many impressive musical products and enthusiasts claim that their speakers performance reflects this. The weather proof speaker casing houses a 6 1/2" woofer that delivers midrange and bass sounds and a 1" tweeter for the higher end of the sound spectrum. Note that the unit is completely sealed to protect the speakers from the elements and that Yamaha has rated them at 100w peak power. Great product, don't pass up a great deal like this one.

Pros:

Enjoy music outside, with a great sound too!

Cons:

Only 2-way, so bass may suffer
