The Harman Kardon AVR 230 6.1 Channels Receiver has a six-channel, high-current amplifier, and Dolby® Digital and DTS® decoding, along with Logic 7® Dolby Pro Logic® II and DTS Neo:6®. More features included are: High-current (+/-35 amps) audio/video surround receiver with 50 watts x 6 in surround mode, 65 watts x 2 in stereo. Processing for Dolby Digital/Dolby EX, and DTS (DTS-ES, Neo:6) 6.1-channel discrete and matrix; EzSet universal remote control. Has Dolby Pro Logic II and proprietary Logic 7 simulated surround sound (discrete multichannel from stereo sources), 6.2-channel preamp outputs (front and rear left/right, front and rear center, and 2 subwoofer outputs), and measures 17.3 x 6.6 x 15 inches (W x H x D).

Pros:

Full, high-current audio,powerful amp, preamp outputs.

Cons:

Remote is a little awkward.
